Can you tell me about yourself?
I grew up in Lebanon, NH in a family of community and service-oriented people. In college I studied, Criminal Justice and Victim Services. In my early 20s, I discovered metaphysics. After my grandmother died someone suggested I go to a medium to help me with her passing over. I found it so helpful. Presently I continue to work in the Criminal Justice system and offer metaphysical help in private practice.

What are you passionate about?
I LOVE to paint! I am also passionate about working with people and helping them with their own gifts and living their most authentic life.
What is your greatest accomplishment thus far?
Being comfortable with my work and working in a field that is not mainstream or "normal".
What is your most prized possession?
Relationships. The ones I have with my family and with people who have become my family.
What is on your bucket list? Soo many things- traveling, going to Disney World as an adult, going to Sedona. Teaching Spiritual Development classes and Creating a Holistic Wellness Center.
Can you share your experience of creating the art for FULL EMBODIMENT LIVING cards?
It was an interesting process for me to get your intentions into a picture that would resonate with the people using them. I tapped into Spiritual Guidance and intuition to help me create the picture. Prior to the cards- I had a tough relationship with watercolors- so it was fascinating to experience my transformation into loving watercolors. It totally worked!!
What are your immediate future plans?
I am taking a summer vacation to Scotland this summer. It's been a very long time since I have taken time off. My other immediate future plans are to continue with yoga and a healthy lifestyle and expand my metaphysical work as well as connect with new people
