FLINKING ELICITS HIGHER SENSUAL INTELLIGENCE
SO how do we get this fabulousness out of us and bring it into the world? How do we FEEL through a decision? Of course, we all know how to think through a problem or choice. However, thinking is only half way there to having a fuller life. I love this quote by Helen Keller:
"The best and most beautiful things in this world must be felt with the heart"
I couldn't agree more. To know the heart is to begin with understanding rather than perception. The quickest and most effective way to begin Flinking is through non-judgement. Being judgement free of yourself, and others, helps with mastering discernment of a situation. Judgement in any situation keeps the heart closed.
I think Flinking has been around for eons. The heart Chakra is located in the center of the body. The symbol is in the shape of 2 triangles. One pointing up and one pointing down. The six-pointed star, also known as the star of David, symbolizes the awakening of spiruality while being firmly planted on the ground.
Flinking 101 is to begin with simplicity and reverence in your every day life. Use all of your senses so you can strengthen your sensual intelligence. Smelling flowers, eating organic foods that are alive..savoring the flavors as you eat, safe touch (like CST/Somato Emotional Processing), keep your space clean and fresh, connect with your body through your breath, using mudras, connection with plants, people and animals, and very important being comfortable with every part of who you are! Yes, every single part of who you are. Love it up and accept it. When you are comfortable with all aspects of yourself you have nothing controlling you OR that you are trying to control . Your fearful side has no power over you and you can begin to feel freedom. This freedom will show up in different ways. Your intuition will expand and your world will expand becasue you expand. The joy also comes when you feel balance in your life in giving and receiving, How fabulous is that?
Here is the Ganesha Mudra (yoga for your hands) that can help you overcome obstacles:
*Hold your left hand in front of your chest with the palm facing outward..Bend the fingers. Now grasp the left hand with the right hands, which has its back facing outward. Move the hands to the level of the heart, right in front of the chest. While exhaling, vigorously pull the hands apart without releasing the grip. This will tense the muscles up the upper arms and chest area. Do this once a day.
